Perfect Printing Logo

Perfect Capabilities

At Perfect Printing, we use the most efficient prepress, press, and post-press operations possible, including full automation in all of our production processes. In printing, efficiency yields quality and consistency. Printing consists of dozens of small, detailed tasks, and when those tasks are performed the same way, time after time, the results are the same. Variation diminishes quality.

It also helps when you have a staff dedicated to pleasing our customers. At Perfect, we maintain the quality and consistency of our product by hiring and developing the best people in the business. Then we make sure they stay here.

Prepress

Prepress is the first production step for any printing project. In prepress, we use process controls that allow us to meet customer expectations when we print. Because prepress is the gateway into the pressroom, it’s also where we test the latest technology. As such, our prepress technicians are trained on the latest software applications and industry hardware innovations. Our management team understands the connection between training and quality products.

Pressroom

Perfect’s defect-free printing process begins in the pressroom. More than 10,000 variables in the print production process have been identified, any one of which can ruin a print job. The vast majority of those variables occur between the feeding and the delivery end of a printing press. The goal of our defect-free process is to eliminate as many those variables as we can, ensuring the quality of the final product.

Finishing Services

Quality assurance doesn’t stop in the pressroom, however. Our finishing personnel also check for potential problems, and they also immediately report any issues to the production supervisor. They know that they’re empowered to intervene on any job to maintain Perfect’s standard of defect-free printing.

Post-Delivery Procedures

We don’t relax our quality standards when a customer has received the final product. At Perfect Printing, the concept of defect-free manufacturing extends well beyond the life-cycle of any given project.

Invoicing and archival services make up the final steps in our defect-free printing process. We invoice within 48 hours of completion, and we maintain all invoices for seven years after the invoice date.
