FTP Instructions
Now you can easily send us up to 450 mb worth of files. You must zip or stuff your files into a single archive to send to us. This way, Macintosh files will retain their special properties, and both platforms will be able to send multiple files at one time. Microsoft Windows users can download a free version of WinZip by visiting http://www.winzip.com. Macintosh users can download STUFFIT from Aladdin Systems by visiting http://www.aladdinsys.com.
Microsoft Windows clients:
Windows Clients have to use an FTP application like BulletProof FTP. You can download a free
30-day full trial version and purchase it at any time for $34.95
at http://www.bpftp.com.

Instructions for using BulletProof:
- After opening the application, type in the appropriate information:
Host: perfectprinting.ftptoday.com
Port: 21-Unless otherwise instructed by your Network Administrator.
Log In: printing
Password: printing - Click the Handshake looking Icon to make the connection.
- After you connect, the welcome message appears.
- The application is broken up into 3 parts: “files on your computer” on the left, “files on the FTP Server” on the right, and an area to upload files at the bottom. Drag your file(s) to the bottom area and click the “Go” Icon to upload.
- Please call Customer Service and give a brief description of the job at 856-787-1877.

Instructions for using Fetch:
- After opening the application, the “New Connection” window appears.
- Type in the appropriate information below:
Host: perfectprinting.ftptoday.com
User ID: printing
Password: printing - After it connects, click “put” to upload your files.
